Co-Creation &
Facilitation
Our facilitation offerings can be deployed to support strategic planning, team development, product design, customer journey development, grant strategy and design — really, any body of work that would benefit from many minds and a process that allows for them to come together productively to design and deliver shared work. And in our experience, this is most bodies of work.
Our co-creation and facilitation work begins with the desired outcomes and then weaves an impactful agenda to realize those outcomes while strengthening shared understanding of the work and one another.
Importantly, we don’t believe in flash-in-the-pan moments and meetings, we believe in framing co-creation as capability-building that nests into your current systems and supports stronger scaffolding for your teams and work.
Coaching
Our coaching offerings can be direct to an individual client or sponsor-led through an organization. Regardless of the structure, we believe coaching is about putting the individual at the center to design a clear, sustainable, and wholehearted path with and for them.
We see coaching as an invaluable tool in developing greater self-awareness, authentic leadership, and one’s ability to navigate the increasing complexity that leaders are tasked with today.
Coaching as a tool provides the plan forward and a path to get there, one that allows the individual to remove the boulders — some of which they, themselves, may have put in their own way — in order to grow. Our intention is to create a space for iterative individual and team development that brings each clients greatest strengths to the surface.
